[toc class=”toc-headings”]

Doling out advice on how to become a skinny sissy is something I am eminently qualified to do. MtF diet and weight loss lay smack in the center of my sissy wheelhouse. My measurements; 5′ 7½” tall and scaling out at 132 pounds are proof that I practice what I preach.

Although my sissy makeup skills still suck (big-time), I know a thing or five about MtF diet and weight loss.

There are some very good reasons for becoming a slim and trim sissy:

  • You will be much more attractive
  • You will be healthier, live longer and look younger
  • You will be able to wear tighter and sexier clothes
  • You will exude more feminine confidence
  • Losing weight will enhance your chances of attracting a partner
  • Your weight is an area that you have total control over

Although you may not have command over things like facial features, height or chronological age, you have complete control over how much you weigh.

In order to make up for certain characteristics that aren’t so feminine-like, why not get thin?

Okay, it’s time for the five skinny sissy tips I promised you.

Tip #1 – Re-evaluate Your Current Sissy Lifestyle

sissy lifestyle

Is your current lifestyle congruent with being a skinny, sexy sissy? Do your daily habits support male to female weight loss?

If you’re over-eating and over-drinking, there’s a really good chance that you’re not as thin as you would like to be. But overindulging in such activities are merely symptoms of other underlying issues that need to be addressed.

It’s important to have a certain level of self awareness where you can objectively see why you do the things you do.

It takes a brutally honest appraisal of yourself that frankly, not many people—much less sissies—are willing to undertake.

To lose weight permanently, you must be able to take a look under the hood and see what there is to see (nothing more and nothing less).

If you evaluate your current lifestyle—and the body that behavior has produced—in an objective, non-judgmental way, you’re on the right track to becoming the skinny sissy that you desire to be.

Tip #2 – Your New Dress is Your New Scale

sissy dress

Buy yourself a sexy, sensuous and fairly expensive dress that doesn’t fit. Be sure to purchase it one size smaller so that you can barely squeeze into it, if at all.

A gorgeous dress that you want to wear so badly is MUCH more motivating than a boring scale. The more expensive it is, then the more motivated you’ll be to pour your body into it.

If your new dress isn’t small enough that it will fit you once you reach your eventual goal weight, that’s perfectly fine. Once you can fit into that slinky number, go celebrate. Then get a new dress—one size smaller—and begin the whole process again.

The old expensive dress that is now too big? Give it away to a sister sissy and chalk it up as the price to be paid for becoming skinnier. It’s more than worth it.

Tip #3 – Focus On Eating One-Ingredient Foods

one ingredient foods

Eating only one-ingredient foods will instantly clean up your diet and will automatically:

  • Remove crummy carbs
  • Cut calories
  • Reduce insulin levels

A crummy carb is defined as: any carbohydrate that isn’t a fruit or vegetable.

A low carb diet is often disguised as a lower calorie diet too.

Insulin is the hormone responsible for managing blood glucose levels. It determines how your body uses and stores food energy.

Eating an excessive amount of crummy carbs raises your blood sugar and signals your pancreas to produce an appropriate amount of insulin to manage the glucose. If the body isn’t able to use it up or store it in the liver (as glycogen), then insulin’s only remaining choice is to store the excess blood sugar as fat deposits.

Eating one-ingredient foods solves the problem of high levels of blood sugar and the resulting over production of insulin—which is really just the body’s attempt to remedy unsound eating habits.

For male to female weight loss, removing crummy carbs from your diet is a time-honored tactic. An effective way to accomplish this is with a program like the Custom Keto Diet. It’s the way that I prefer to eat.

Tip #4 – Find Ways to Move More

mtf movement

If you don’t have job or career that has you constantly moving during the day, then you’ll want to find an alternative way to get that movement.

There are many, many ways to be more active. Walking, swimming, yoga, running, rowing, HIIT, strength training, hiking, cycling, dancing.

At a base level, we’re all just animals. Slim, trim and healthy animals naturally move around a lot. We human animals used to live like that too. Sure, times have changed but we sissies retain the choice to not buy into the collective consciousness that living a sedentary lifestyle is normal.

Since you’re taking the time to read this, I’m assuming that you don’t want to be a normal overweight sissy. You want to be a skinny one.

Tip #5 – Envision a Lower Weight Compartment

mtf weight loss compartments

This Tip #5 is the silver bullet of permanent MtF diet and weight loss. Too many times, sissies set short-term weight loss goals of 20, 30 and even 40 or more pounds. This type of thinking only sets the stage for disappointing results.

Weight loss researchers have found that people who lose an excessive amount of weight—in a short span of time—typically don’t keep that weight off for very long.

These same weight loss experts have also observed that those that can stay within a certain weight compartment for one year will, more-than-likely, maintain that weight. Pemanently!

What in the hell is going on here?

Your body can only weigh what you psychologically feel that you’re worthy of. When you can stay within a predetermined weight compartment of say, 10 pounds for a year, that’s who you now are! Your mind has come to accept—and is now congruent with—your new weight.

That equates to permanent MtF weight loss!

But what if you want to lose more than 10 pounds? Simple, stay in a 10 pound weight compartment for one year. Then move down to the next 10 pound compartment. Keep doing that until your weight is where you want it to be.

An example: over the past 4 years, I’ve moved down through three weight compartments. From the 150’s to the 140’s to the 130’s. Since I now weigh 132 pounds, I’m ready to move down to the 120 compartment. Once I’m at 127, I’ll stop since that’s my goal weight.

Sure, any sissy can lose 20, 30 or 40 pounds within a relatively short time span (a few months). But 99 times out of 100, that weight won’t stay off. It won’t be permanent weight loss.

As with most anything you want to change about your life—including losing weight—your deep-down beliefs as to what’s possible MUST be in vibrational alignment with your desires. This weight loss compartment concept is a perfect illustration of how that idea works to create a new reality.

Male to Female Weight Loss Motivation

mtf motivation

Interestingly enough, I’ve found that a sissy has a decided advantage with achieving MtF weight loss. A big part of being a sissy is keeping yourself in a continual state of chastised, semi-erotic-arousal. There are sissy-like sexual undertones that arise as a natural consequence of sissification.

Being perpetually horny is a seriously motivating factor in feeling feminine, looking pretty AND… being skinny.

Every wonder why a GG will lose weight for her boyfriend but not for her husband? It all comes down to motivation.

Once the ink is dry on the marriage contract, there is no underlying agenda involved—and no motivation—for her to stay skinny.

During courtship, the dynamics are quite different. There are romantic and sexual undertones at play that compel a girl to always be as attractive as possible. Those feelings fly-out-the-window faster than Garfield can find a plate of lasagna once the newness of a relationship has worn off.

But a sissy is endlessly living with that stifled, sexual energy which encourages her to look as alluring as she possibly can, all the time! Why not use that internally generated sissy-power to fuel your desire to be a skinnier, sexier sissy?
