When it comes to sissy chastity devices, one size definitely doesn’t fit all. To quote a famous saying:
“All men (or in our case, sissies) are not created equal.”
But it’s not just size—or lack thereof—that sissies need to consider when choosing an appropriate chastity cage. There at least seven factors such as:
- Material
- Style
- Size
- Price
- Comfort
- Color
- Security
If you’ve already got a fairly good idea of what type of chastity device you’re looking for, then I suggest you head over to Amazon and see what they have to offer. I’m sure you’ll be pleased at what you find.
Type of Material
There are two main choices: plastic or metal. Many so-called plastic devices are actually now made of bio-resin. A popular material for metal cages is 316L grade stainless steel.
Plastic devices tend to be preferred as they’re light weight—as well as airport-safe. Some sissies prefer the look and feel of metal but these cock cages are much heavier than their plastic sisters.
I own (and have owned) chastity devices made from both materials. I currently wear this stainless steel cock cage pictured below. It’s extremely comfortable, despite its weight, and has an internal locking mechanism (no separate padlock needed) which I really like.
If you prefer this style of chastity cage in a light weight, silica gel material, you can check this one pictured below over on Amazon.
Style
The chastity device market has evolved to where there are an abundance of styles to choose from. Since you might be wearing it for a while, it’s important to pick a style that is aesthetically pleasing to you.
Personally, I prefer a solid/closed type of body so my caged, limp clitty remains out of view. Other sissies like the look of an open cage design, like the one like the photo below.
These models make it easier to keep things clean down there. It’s all a matter of personal preference.
If you happen to have a Prince Albert piercing—or are thinking about getting one—then you will want to make sure that the chastity device that you decide upon has strategically placed openings that will accommodate your PA piercing
The stainless steel PA model below doubles both as a traditional chastity device AND a PA cage by using a unique, detachable locking plate.
For sissies who have managed to shrink their useless what-used-to-be-a-cock down to correct clitty size (yes, with the proper training, this is entirely doable), then something like the tiny flower chastity cage that is pictured below would be most appropriate.
This adorable device is made from a Nylon material, using a 3D Printed process. It comes with a Premium Pink finish (as well as other colors) that makes for an ultra-smooth residence where your tiny clitty will be perfectly content for a long, long time.
Obviously, a mini-sized cage such as this isn’t for every sissy. But if your feminization process has reached the point of diminishing returns, then this pretty little device would fit nicely inside the tightest pair of panties.
Sissy Chastity Devices Sizes
Two sizes are important here. The first, and more critical, is the diameter of the locking ring that goes around the base of the shaft and behind the ball sack. If this ring is too loose, it would be possible to pull out and compromise the integrity of the device.
There are two main types of locking rings: hinged and solid. Hinged rings open-up so they are much easier to get into. Closed, or solid, rings—if they’re sized properly—need to be put on by inserting one ball through the ring at a time.
Then—and only then—squeeze your cock/clitty through, afterwards. Trust me, that’s the only way you’re going to get the ring on. It’s entirely doable; just takes a little practice.
A device with a hinged style of ring is easier to put on but there is an opportunity, because of the hinge, for pinching. Ouch! Although cock cages with a solid type of ring can be more of a challenge to get into, they tend to be more comfortable.
It is vitally important to get the locking ring size nailed before ordering, especially if you decide to go with a custom made device.
Thankfully, many chastity devices come with an assortment of different sized rings so that you can experiment around and find the perfect compromise between comfort and security.
As far as the size of the device’s body, you know how big (or maybe I should say, how small) you are down there. While locked up, you’ll want to encourage your cock-turned-clitty to remain as limp as possible. So size the cage accordingly.
Many sissies report that after being caged (and denied) for an extended period of time, their tiny cocks will shrink down even further to something that begins to resemble an actual clitty. This will necessitate sizing downwards after a year or so, to something much smaller.

Sissy Chastity Devices Price
Not a lot to say about price except that you will find quite a wide variance depending on what you’re looking for. The good thing is that chastity devices have finally made it—more-or-less—to the periphery of mainstream awareness. The abundance of manufacturers and increased competition have brought the price of devices way down, compared to just a few years ago.
One thing to avoid are the extremely inexpensive and cheaply made, soft plastic varieties. Because of the pliable material used in construction, these chastity devices have absolutely no security characteristics to them. They are useful for cosmetic or photography purposes, but little else.
Although I’m certainly biased, when you take into account all the many factors, Amazon offers the most bang-for-the-chastity-device-buck that you will probably find anywhere.
Comfort
Buying a comfortable chastity device is very important as—depending on your situation—you might find yourself wearing it for an extended period of time. The great news is that most modern-day devices are fairly comfortable. Believe me when I say, in the past, that hasn’t always been the case!
Be forewarned however that if you happen to be a sissy with no previous experience wearing a chastity cage, plan on a break-in or adjustment period. You’ll be pleasantly surprised to how quickly you will adapt to wearing one—in almost any situation imaginable.
For the ultimate comfort experience, it would be hard to beat the realtively new 3D printing process of producing chastity devices.
Sissy Chastity Devices Colors
It goes without saying that the color of the chastity device that you choose is all about personal preference. Some sissies prefer pink, which is more than understandable. But there are other colors to choose from too, like blue.
Shown above is a super-affordable, basic sissy chastity cage that comes in four colors: clear, black, pink and blue. You can check them out over at Amazon
Security
Having your sissy clitty securely locked away is paramount to experiencing an release controlled, and possibly even a permanently denied sissified lifestyle. Security is achieved by wearing a chastity device having an internal locking system or with an external padlock. Both are popular.
Ideally, you will want to find a keyholder to ensure that, in your weaker moments, you won’t be able to let yourself free and wind up making a mess. If you haven’t found a suitable local keyholder, there is always an option to find one online. An long distance keyholder arrangement like this, considering the logistics, can become quite tricky however.
